This book was so beautiful and deeply moving to read. What stood out the most to me was the profound emotional resonance and spiritual depth I felt was woven throughout the story. The narrative touched me on a deep level as it explored what it truly means to have God as a loving, present Father (Abba) and realize His unfailing love.
The characters in the story felt so real and relatable. They faced intense inner battles, personal challenges, and made heavy mistakes. Watching the FMC, Eva, evolve through her challenges and terrible mistakes to eventually reach the realization of God's love was both painful and healing. And Dr Kay, I see you. Thanks for being a true man of God!
The story centers around rich themes of true love, obedience to God, healing from trauma, moving past mistakes, and trusting in God's divine assurance. It serves as a gentle, comforting reminder that no matter what pain or mistakes exist in your past, God's arms are always open to welcome you home.
That said, I believe the book would have been even better with another layer of intense copy editing. There were a few bumps: noticeable grammatical and typographical errors.
Regardless, Abba? is a beautifully written, emotionally uplifting, and deeply spiritual story that I thoroughly loved reading and I highly recommend this book.
