These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Read to Impact website located at readtoimpact.org ("the Website"), operated by Gemspread Limited ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") on behalf of its literary community brand, Read to Impact ("RTI").

By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this Website.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect from the date they are posted on this page. Continued use of the Website after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

All content on this Website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, the Tell the Impact Magazine, and the RTI Corporate Profile — is the intellectual property of Gemspread Limited or is used with permission, and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

The "Read to Impact" name, logo, and associated branding are the property of Gemspread Limited. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

Nothing on this Website grants you any licence to use our intellectual property unless explicitly stated.

Publications made available for download on this Website, including Tell the Impact Magazine and the RTI Corporate Profile, are provided for informational purposes. They may not be reproduced, redistributed, or commercially used without the prior written permission of Gemspread Limited.

RTI's community activities — including reading challenges, the RTI Lounge, and WhatsApp group participation — may take place on this Website or on third-party platforms. By joining the RTI WhatsApp Community, using the RTI Lounge, or participating in any RTI programme, you also agree to the terms and community standards of the relevant platform.

When you request to join a community space (such as a dedicated WhatsApp group), your request is reviewed by an RTI administrator. To facilitate this review, you are required to provide your WhatsApp phone number and country. Certain community spaces are restricted by gender; access to these spaces is granted based on the gender you provided during account setup. Providing false information may result in your request being denied or your membership being revoked.

RTI reserves the right to remove any participant from its community programmes for conduct that is harmful, abusive, or inconsistent with RTI's values of respectful literary engagement.

This Website contains links to third-party websites and platforms, including WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. These links are provided for your convenience. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

You retain ownership of the content you upload to the RTI Lounge (including profile photos, bios, and bookshelf entries). You are solely responsible for that content and represent that you have all rights necessary to upload and display it, and that it does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.

If you believe content on this Website infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please send a written notice to info@readtoimpact.org identifying the work, the location of the allegedly infringing material on this Website, your contact details, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised. We will review and act on valid notices promptly.
